The former professional Kickboxer Andrew Tate has been arrested in Romania concerning his involvement in an organized crime that exploits girls for adult video content.

Along with Andrew, his brother Tristan Tate has also been arrested and taken to Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism and is now being investigated for human trafficking and on charges of rape.

Criminal charges have been pressed on the brothers, and one former policewoman involved with the criminal case has also been identified.

Brothers abused women for pornographic videos

According to reports, Romanian prosecutors believe that the Tates are enlisting and abusing women to produce pornographic videos, which they then sell and disseminate on websites like OnlyFans.

Romanian authorities found two young women in a property near Voluntari in April. They claimed to have been held against their will by the Tates. The brothers were interrogated at DIICOT for five hours before being let go, but investigations continued.

Andrew's tweet on Greta Thunberg

In a tweet earlier this week, Andrew Tate boasted about his 33 automobiles and included the 19-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg as a tag. The tweet went viral and got liked by millions of users.

Andrew rose to fame as "Big Brother."

Tate gained notoriety in 2016 as a guest on the British reality series "Big Brother," where he attracted controversy for remarks he had made on Twitter that were both homophobic and racist. 

After a video surfaced that appeared to show him beating a woman with a belt, he was fired from the show. The behaviors were mutually agreed upon, according to Tate and the woman.

Brothers made millions by scam

The Tate brothers established a web cam business offering male callers sob stories. Andrew eventually acknowledged that the operation was a complete hoax, but he still claimed to have gained millions.
