Genoa City mourns the death of Phyllis in a new season of The Young and The Restless. Although what appears to be a delicious plan on paper, it has now become a heavy burden for her and her family. As Phyllis focused on avenging herself and taking down Diane, she did not realize how lonely it would be for her to be separated from her family for the rest of her life.

The supposed death of Phyllis devastated Summer and Daniel. Even though she may be mad at them or vice versa, it does not mean she can abandon them. It is important to her that her children are there with her. A spoiler for the upcoming episode of The Young and The Restless suggests that Phyllis will start feeling anxious and decide to sneak out of the hotel. She will also attend her memorial in the episode.

As a result, she will wear a wig and glasses to go incognito, even though she will be even more devastated when she arrives at the service. As Summer and Daniel are inconsolable, Phyllis will realize how deeply her death has affected them. She will discover that Jack and Nick have suffered as well. It will finally dawn on her that she was truly loved and cared for by her closest friends and family in GC. How will she cope now?

Young And The Restless: Phyllis Regrets Her Decision

In The Young and The Restless, watching Phyllis crash her memorial might be entertaining, but it will be a crushing experience for her. In her madness for revenge, she will see first-hand all the damage she has done. She will be in pieces when she sees her children at the memorial and realizes how miserable they are. Her death has certainly caused much pain for her children.

As a result of the spoilers, Lucy is also expected to attend the memorial at GC. In addition to guilt over deceiving her granddaughter, Phyllis will feel an even greater sense of guilt. The Young and The Restless have suffered significant damage, but is there anything she can do to repair it? As Jeremy painted a picture of what it would be like to live away from Genoa City, he created some colorful images.

Phyllis, however, is paralyzed and unable to determine where she should go. Despite this, she knows that she wants to stay in GC. It is her family, her friends, her whole life here. For her, starting over may suddenly not seem as attractive as it used to be.
