Adele Adorably Tears Up While Helping With Couple's Gender Reveal on Stage

Sex reveal is an emotional and creative idea these days, and one couple in New York definitely made their gender reveal a one to remember.

During Weekends with Adele residency held on  August 12, parents-to-be Shantelle Lord and Chris Dare arrived at the show with a one-to-remember agenda in mind, to get the Hello music star reveal their baby’s gender.

The couple held up a sign that read, "Adele will you do our gender reveal?"

Adele was impressed by the couple's flair and happily obliged their request. The couple was called onto the stage amid thousands of fans, and Adele emotionally made their objective fulfilled. 

Adele said, “No one's really allowed signs in here. I'm just obsessed that you got one in. I've never done this."

Upon welcoming them before the crowd, the iconic music star took an envelope from Chris and uttered, "Oh my god, I think it's, like, from a doctor!"This prompted the crowd to burst into laughter.

Just before the gender reveal, Shantell told the 35 year old music popstar that she was 18 weeks pregnant, and they had saved their big news since they knew the gender during their 12 week pregnancy. Adele then ripped the envelope and then proudly announced, “ Shantelle and Chris are having a baby boy.” 

 Moments after the announcement the couples were elated, they could be seen jumping up and down. Adele hugged the couple and said tears strolling down "That was amazing. I'm so happy for you! I'm so happy for you! That's so emotional, oh my God."

The Rolling in the Deep singer jokingly said to the couple, "If and when I get pregnant will you do my gender reveal?"

The singer wrapped up the reveal by saying, "Good luck, congratulations. I've got an 11-year-old boy and woohoo, you're in for a ride!" 

Since posting the gender reveal on social media, the couple’s video has spread like a virus causing an outrage among fans. Chris wrote on his instagram, "POV : Adele did our gender reveal last night dad-to-be Dare posted on his Instagram along with the clip. "@adele you are amazing and we will remember this night for the rest of our lives!"

Fans reacted to this post, one commented “ I love that you both had to comfort Adele after this.” And another one wrote, “ Can you imagine telling your baby, Adele announced him? This is pure gold.”

Adele dished out her Weekends with Adele Las Vegas residency tour in the Colosseum at Caesars Palace,in November 2022 and the tour continues till November 4 this year. The show has had a couple of banner moments and the gender reveal moment picks a tale and adds a title on her belt, she is not only a mom, singer, Grammy Awards winner, meme-icon but also a gender reveal expert. It is so nice to print a smile on people's faces, and for sure Adele made that happen, with herself showing emotions at the moment.
