The Duchess of Cambridge has been seen sporting the timeless design on many occasions over the past few months, and her chic daughter Princess Charlotte also likes the look. Both Kate Middleton and Princess Charlotte look adorable in polka dot patterns.

In a video message posted to social media on Sunday, Prince William and his daughter, who is seven years old, wished the England women's soccer team the best of success as they compete against Germany in the final match of the Euro 2020 tournament.

Not only did Charlotte's dream come true when the Lionesses triumphed, but she also shared a special moment with her mother, Kate, in which they looked just alike.

Princess Charlotte

Princess Charlotte was seen wearing an attire that resembled the dress that the Duchess of Cambridge recently wore to Wimbledon to witness the men's final alongside Prince William and Prince George. The Duchess of Cambridge's dress was navy with white polka dots.

All England Lawn Tennis Club

For her appearance at the important tennis tournament, Kate wore a design by Alessandra Rich that had a traditional pattern, which she teamed with pumps that were also made by the same brand. She wore a green and purple bow tie pin with her outfit because she is a patron of the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

Kate's Clothing

In recent months, polka dots have become a consistent component of Kate's clothing. In point of fact, she wore yet another dress with the pattern at an earlier stage of Wimbledon throughout the event. The polka dot belted dress in light blue and white was also designed by Alessandra Rich. Kate Middleton wore it before to a Jubilee Big Lunch event in June. It was likely a homage to the sustainability theme at the prestigious tennis tournament.

Kate Middleton attended Royal Ascot in June while wearing a dress designed by Alessandra Rich. The dress was white with brown polka dots and was paired with a fascinator that matched the dress.

When the princess was invited to attend a memorial service held in honor of Prince Philip in March, she chose to wear a black midi dress with white dots designed by Alessandra Rich.
