Real estate housing market in Las Vegas is talking about an unusual house which contains a collection of sports helmets and souvenirs and celebrities’ autographs. The house is located near Flamingo Road and Eastern Avenue and is estimated to be about $1.15 million dollars.
Pug Winkler, 77 years old owner has been living in the house for 23 years and has decided to sell this house now. He shared that he has collected all these things after traveling for 20 years and he can’t just wait to decorate his new house with these mementoes again.

Collection of over 50 years

Winkler has traveled to every state except Montana and Alaska and has visited 85 courtiers including the Vatican. He shared he does not like watching NFL but when kids play, he watches them with keen interest and from there he started gathering these things 50 years ago.
 
The house was built in 1978 has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is all decorated with helmets lining from floors to ceilings. Winkler does not exactly know the real worth of the house but it can be appraised that he took retirement form television industry many years ago by selling one of his collection of sports souvenirs. The house is decorated with 1700 college football helmets, 400 footballs and hundreds of autographs signed by different celebrities. Winkler has collected all these things after traveling and meeting different celebrities with his son. The house looks meticulously modernized with helmets and hundreds of pictures of celebrities’ hanging on the walls and jerseys hanging neatly in the closets. Winkler said he has tons of memories related to his collection that it is tough to choose his favorite piece.

Buy everything or nothing at all

Winkler has not added the cost of these assets in the house sale but their net worth is estimated to be millions of dollars. While sharing his thoughts with 8 News Now, he said that he has established this antique collection over a period of several years and he won’t buy it as single pieces to anyone. If anyone is interested, he would buy it all or won’t get anything at all.
When the reporter asked him how he managed to get all of this he said he always asked them politely and nicely for the autographs and souvenirs and that worked amazingly.
