Only a few weeks to go! Fans can't wait for Loki season two as Ke Huy Quan officially appears in the long-awaited trailer.
Adding to the growing excitement Disney+ shared the first trailer from the upcoming season of the Marvel Studios series on July 31st, giving us a glimpse into the adventures that Loki embarks upon as he experiences uncontrolled time-slipping.
The thriller also heartily welcomes Oscar-winner Ke Huy Quan to the cast as OB, a skilled repairman at the TVA who assists Loki and Mobius (played by Owen Wilson) in their endeavors.
What happened in the trailer?

If you have not watched the trailer, here is a brief recap
In the trailer, Ke Huy Quan plays a repairman at the TVA, determined to help Loki and Mobius (Owen Wilson), despite his belief that time-slipping is impossible there. However, Mobius insists they witnessed it happening. The duo then travels back to the 1800s to fix timelines and prevent the multiverse from chaos. While also pursuing Sylvie across different dimensions amidst the looming threat of Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors).
As the trailer proceeds Loki sends off a strong warning "If what I saw is true, nothing is standing between this world and utter destruction," revealing just how deep Kang's influence has seeped into the various timelines.
With the stakes higher than ever before, Loki season 2 is sure to create a long-lasting memory as the Marvel Cinematic Universe delves into its multiverse narrative.
Will There Be Any New Faces In the Cast of Loki Season 2?
Joining the cast of Loki for Season 2 are some new additions to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In July, it was officially announced that Rafael Casal would be taking on an "important role" in the season. Kate Dickie (Game of Thrones) is also slated to appear in an undisclosed part, potentially as a villain. There is always the chance that other Marvel characters, or even their alternatives, may join the show and emphasize its multiverse theme. This is logical as Loki Season 2 is fundamental in setting up the Marvel Multiverse.
Additionally, as seen in the trailer, Jonathan Majors is returning to his role as Victor Timely - the variant of He Who Remains seen in a post-credit scene at the end of Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania. While it was known that Majors would be reprising his role in the series, it is unexpected to see him featured in the trailer after his arrest in March for alleged domestic violence. This has caused mixed feelings, but all in all has been accepted by fans.
According to Hiddleston, the season 2 story continues from where season 1 left off. Following Loki and Sylvie's encounter with Kang at The Citadel at the End of Time, Kang reveals how he harnessed the power of Alioth to create the Sacred Timeline and the TVA. Sylvie stabs Kang in the chest, causing a Nexus Event that shatters the multiverse, leading to the chaos seen in Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
It will be intriguing to see how Season 2 sets up that Kang-filled future that Marvel altered all their plans for, and whether they plan to follow through with it now.
