Clarkson and Blackstock's legal battles aren't over yet, despite Blackstock moving off her ranch and settling in his bachelor pad. Although the divorce was finalized in March, the presiding judge delayed his retirement.

The private judge appointed to help Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock resolve their case in 2021, Justice Scott Gordon, is stepping down at the end of June. He has allegedly been asked to postpone retirement due to unresolved disputes.

Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock settled in March. Ranch, livestock, guns, and several vehicles were divided, along with monetary stipulations.

Clarkson agreed to pay Brandon Blackstock $1.3 million, $115,000 spousal support, and $45,000 child support. They are reportedly back in court this month to resolve an undisclosed dispute, which prompted the judge to extend his term.
