The relationship between Elon Musk and Zuckerberg is teetering; the both being competitors, they both have always been seen as frenemies and outright enemies and have several times become part of the news for making statements related to each other, mostly criticizing each other.

The Cause of the Start of Verbal Fight:

Threads, a social messaging website, was launched by Meta, owned by Mark Zuckerberg, in July. The design of this app resembles X, formerly known as Twitter, owned by Elon Musk. Threads attracted more than 100 million sign-ups in less than a week giving competition to twitter, although the number has fallen back, and X still is easily ahead of threads with around 350 million users.

Tesla Boss tweeted on his messaging site that he was "up for the cage fight.”. In response, Zuckerberg, the Meta platform's owner screenshot of his tweet and replied and asked for the location; it was a reference to a catchphrase of U.F. C's most-winning athlete "Khabib Nurmagomedov" Later, Zuckerberg suggested the 26th of August for the fight. Italy's culture minister came into the picture, saying that he had a talk with Elon about the fight in Italy as a charity event; he further stated that Musk thinks that Rome, the city of seven hills, could be an epic location and suggested that the theme of the fight could be "Ancient." Dana White, the president of Ultimate Fighting Championship, he said that they both want to fight willingly.

But afterward, on Sunday, Zuckerberg stated on one of the social platform Threads that people should stop speculating about Elon and his cage fight as the Twitter owner does not seem "serious" about it and keep making excuses. Zuckerberg also asked people to move on. He further said that Elon could not confirm a date, and he kept making excuses and now says that he needs surgery. Moreover, he said that if the Tesla owner ever gets serious about actual dates and official events, he knows how to reach him; otherwise, it's time to move on.

It is not the first time these two billionaire tech companies' owners had a verbal fight; on diff occasions, they both have criticized each other. Steve Jobs and Bill Gates had such relations too in the past: they used to snipe each other, too, in the past.

Conclusion:

If there were a fight between Mark Zuckerberg, 39, Meta's owner, and Elon Musk, 52, the Tesla owner, it would be the biggest fight in history as two of the wealthiest people on earth would be fighting against each other. Moreover, the CAGE FIGHT will be live-streamed on both platforms, X and Meta. People might have seen rivals, boxers, and UFC athletes in the ring fighting, but no one would have ever imagined a fight between two owners of the world's biggest tech companies. No one would have ever thought of them kicking, punching, and grasping each other in Rome, the city of seven hills, in a real cage fight.
