Tamara Braun leaves 'Days Of Our Lives' and ends her latest run as Ava Vitali

After almost two years, Tamara Braun has announced her departure from Days of Our Lives. The actress, who plays Ava Vitali, announced her departure via Instagram. The final episode of Days of Our Lives will air today, where Ava will say goodbye to Salem. Still have some memories from the last two years, so here are some of them.
The journey begins with my first nasal swab and ends with the last swab. Oh, Covid!! You have been amazing, and I will miss you all!! However, you can still contact me via my Instagram. In 2008, Braun joined DOOL as Ava, linked to Steve Johnson's character played by Stephen Nichols.

Exceptional support actress
In 2009, she won the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series Daytime Emmy for her portrayal of Ava.
There was a brief return for her to the soap in 2011, taking over from Natalia Livingston to play Taylor Walker.
Ava was reprised by Braun in 2015 when DOOL celebrated its 50th anniversary. In 2016, she would leave left more.

Maintain the character's role
It is expected that she will continue playing the role of Ava in the NBC show for an additional year until 2022.
In addition to All My Children, Braun previously appeared on General Hospital, where she played both Carly Corinthos and Kim Nero for a short time each.
