Meghan Markle herself watches "The Real Housewives." In the most recent episode of her Archetypes podcast, the Duchess of Sussex, who is 41 years old, talked to Bravo boss Andy Cohen, who is 54 years old. She told him she used to be a huge fan of the reality franchise. The former Suits star said, "I really wanted to be on your show [Watch What Happens Live] because I was such a Housewives fan at the time, but I just couldn't get booked." Andy posed the "million-dollar question" he's been dying to know: does Meghan still watch Real Housewives?

"All right, I'm going, to be honest with you. "When my life started having its amount of drama, I stopped watching the Housewives," said Meghan, who had just left the royal family with her husband, Prince Harry, 38, and moved away from the United Kingdom. In a now-famous sit-down interview with Oprah, the couple revealed everything that had gone wrong with their interactions with various members of the British royal family.

The woman, who was a mother to two children, said, "I know why it was such a large part of pop culture and when it began since you began with Orange County and I'm from California, at least." It had the semblance of a world I was familiar with, but it was still so foreign.

Meghan in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Andy joked about the speculations that Meghan would appear on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after moving to California in 2020. Meghan laughed off the joke and later reaffirmed to Andy that she had no plans to participate in any reality television shows. However, she disclosed that "nearly all of my pals" continue to watch the shows. In addition, she complimented Andy on "building an empire" out of the property by praising him for making it "entertaining and familiar."

On the episode of her podcast released on November 29 on Spotify, Meghan also had Judd Apatow and Trevor Noah on as guests. She disclosed that Harry was the one who persuaded her to host male guests on her show for the very first time. She said, "If we really want to shift how we think about gender and the limiting labels that we separate people into, then we need to broaden the conversation." "It occurred to me — and truth be told, at the suggestion of my husband — that if we really want to shift how we think about gender and the limiting labels that we separate people into, then we need to broaden the conversation."
