Celebrity fashion shines on the red carpet of the SAG Awards 2023

Cate Blanchett wore a sheer black lace and leather ensemble at Sunday's 29th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles. Besides wearing Louis Vuitton jewels and Jimmy Choo shoes, her custom Giorgio Armani gown also featured lace from a dress she wore to the Golden Globes in 2014 and Cannes Film Festival in 2018.

"Euphoria" is Zendaya's first nomination for Best Female Actor in a Drama Series. She wore a pretty pink Maison Valentino dress covered in rosettes to celebrate. With her plunging neckline and long sleeves, Jamie Lee Curtis won an Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role award for "Everything Everywhere All At Once".

Jessica Chastain looked like a princess with a massive bow in a pink ball gown. During the evening's first award ceremony, Chastain was awarded for playing Tammy Wynette in George & Tammy. Sheryl Lee Ralph, from "Abbott Elementary," looked stunning in a nude dress with caped sleeves.

In January, the SAG Award nominees, including Sally Field, who won the lifetime achievement award for her work, were announced. The actress walked the red carpet with her former "Parks & Recreation" co-star Amy Poehler wearing an all-black outfit with cut-outs across her stomach. Adam Sandler walked on the red carpet wearing a black suit with their wife, Jackie.

Awards show to be hosted by a YouTube channel

The actor won Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series for the role of Shea Brennan in "1883." He hugged his wife, Katharine Ross, before the show. Jennifer Coolidge chose a black number with long sleeves and a matching headband for her look. Female Actor in a Drama Series is awarded to "The White Lotus" star.

An elegant, beaded black gown with a plunged neckline and delicate straps adorned the red carpet for "Blonde" star Ana de Armas. As he walked the red carpet with his wife of 45 years, Susan Geston, Bridges was nominated for Male Actor in a Drama Series for "The Old Man." Julia Garner flashed her leg in a Gucci number with a long train and thigh-high slit.

Laura Linney wore a floral ensemble with a high neckline and statement sleeves. Jason Bateman, her co-star in "Ozark," won the Male Actor award. Rather than airing on a traditional network, Netflix's official YouTube channel will host this year's award show. Eddie Redmayne wore a white statement shirt with black slacks instead of a traditional suit.
