Darcey & Stacey Silva

The 90-Day Fiancé franchise stars Darcey and Stacey are undoubtedly most recognized for their plastic surgery transformations. In the recent season, the twins traveled to Turkey for various cosmetic procedures, including Brazilian butt lifts, liposuction, cheek lifts, buccal fat removal, boob lifts, and more. The twins shocked TLC fans in 2022 by sharing pictures of their enlarged eyes after fox eye surgery.

Before Stacey and Florian Sukaj wedding, Darcey used "semaglutide" to help her lose weight. The sisters also displayed the outcomes of a Yeso therapy, additional fillers, a Morpheus8 needling procedure, a lymphatic drainage massage, and a Barbie haircut and color.

Larissa Lima

In July, Larissa got a stomach tuck, also known as an abdominoplasty, which left her without a belly button. Larissa alleged that without her permission, the surgeons removed and disposed of her belly button during the procedure. Yara Zaya

Yara Zaya appeared on 90 Day Fiancé debut in 2020, and fans got hold of her old images and videos on social media, in which she appeared radically different. Though Yara insisted she hadn't done any work, she later acknowledged having a nose operation and lip fillers. She brought up getting a breast job during season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? with Jovi Dufren.

Dr. Michael K. Obeng, who treated Angela after her gastric sleeve surgery, also performed Yara's breast augmentation. Yara had "Gummy Bear implants" put in and said the procedure made her appear completely different.
