As the first South Florida property marketed directly to crypto enthusiasts, Regalia Penthouse is now available on the platform. A new listing for The Penthouse at Regalia has been added to RealOpen, a platform founded by Christine Quinn and her husband Christian Dumontet. A US$33.9 million ultra-luxury penthouse in South Florida is the first to be featured on the platform and offered directly to crypto investors following multi-million dollar listings in New York City and Los Angeles. Her exit from The Oppenheim Group led her to establish RealOpen. Using the service, crypto assets holders can purchase a property for cash without cashing out their crypto assets before closing. Our platform connects luxury real estate to Miami's thriving crypto community.

A penthouse at Regalia will introduce RealOpen to Miami," says Christine. Bozana Cavar and Karley Chances from One Sotheby's International Realty are helping the crypto brokerage expand into South Florida. Earlier this month, the company listed its first-ever commercial property for US$6.11 million. This is the first commercial property in Broward County to accept crypto, making it unique in the region. "We have generated leads for this property using hundreds of millions, possibly even billions of dollars of digital currency. We are dealing with multiple crypto bills. The fact that we are working with real buyers is proof that this is a real industry," says Chines.

Featuring 10,755 square feet of indoor living space and a 6,050 square foot wraparound terrace, it is the largest condo on the Miami market. On top of Sunny Isles Beach's tallest building, it offers three floors as well as a rooftop deck. A panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, Golden Beach, and the Miami skyline can be seen from the house. There are several large, floor-to-ceiling windows in the condo that offer a 360-degree view and let in a lot of natural light.

In addition to the six bedrooms and six bathrooms, the Penthouse has a glass wine cellar, a lounge theatre, a bar, and a billiards room. In the master bathroom, Charles Allem, staff architect at CAD International, who has been named five times to Architectural Digest's AD 100's top list, has designed an exquisite, spa-like space with its steam room, sauna, and massage area. With its ideal location between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles Beach is a great place to visit. Previously, the area was dotted with 1950s-era motels but now boasts highrise luxury condos. In addition to its stunning oceanfront views, the city is home to world-class restaurants, nightclubs, and theatres.
