Chelsea’s Instagram post says

Jo and I recorded this video early because we wanted to have it ready for our one-year anniversary. However, as many of you have noticed, we have decided that it is best for us to take a break from our relationship right now.

I know that many of you cared about our relationship, and I wanted to tell you how much that meant to us both. How important it still is. And how much I now believe that love is there for all of us.

This man's love blew my heart wide open, and because of him, my life will never be the same. One of the best things in my life is that @jokoy loves and adores me. He made me believe again in men, in love, and in being completely myself, and I've never been more hopeful about the future.

Jo- You opened up my creativity and made me want to work hard and travel again. You also reminded me of who I am and have always been, and my feet have never been more firmly planted on the ground.

This isn't a conclusion. It's a new start, and it makes me feel better to know that I'm still loved and that I love this man as much as the sun loves the moon and the moon loves the sun. YOUR PERSON WILL BE THERE.

So, please keep cheering for both of us, because you never know what life will bring. Let's start by going to the theatre on August 5 to see Jo's new movies Easter Sunday and Filipino Pride. Let's go!
