Early life

Kelly was born on November 21, 1967, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As a child, she loved collecting vintage clothes. She earned a BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art. Here she focused on Graphics and architecture.
In 1980 Kelly moved to LA to pursue a career in Interior design. She worked as an assistant in various entertainment careers.
