Is the most ambitious crossover event in history " The Marvel's Infinity War"?It's hard to argue with these 10 other major crossovers in pop culture. Infinity War, the culmination of ten years of Marvel films, will take place in April 2018.

But in Infinity War truly the most ambitious crossover event ever? Bobby Palmer, a senior editor for ShortList, had no idea what he was about to unleash when he tweeted this statement along with his own "most ambitious crossover"—the Disney Channel film.

It didn't take long for others to adopt the formula and add their own ironic examples of "more ambitious crossovers," turning his tweet into a certified meme when it received over 275,000 retweets in a short period of time.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit

The 1988 live-action/animated film starring Bob Hoskins and the titular Roger Rabbit was the animated version of a Marvel team bringing together iconic Disney, Warner Bros., and Turner Entertainment cartoons. Hoskins passed away in the film.
