The world of Vedic Astrology and its significance

It’s completely scientific:

Vedic astrology is not like reading the tea leaves or shuffling the tarot cards and picking the card, which might tell whether you can bring in fortune or not. It also does not fall under other western psychic undertakings. Vedic Astrology is not about relying on any free form of instinct. It will not calculate the future based on impulse or any particular psychic sensitivities of the practitioner who might say they can feel the air around this person.

Mathematical calculations are involved:

Vedic Astrology is based on pure mathematical calculations. The word Vedic Astrology sounds traditional, which might give the hint of something superstitious. But, it isn’t that; instead, it is a scientific calculation of planetary positions in the birth chart keeping all the numerological factors in hand. It also follows established orders of the movements of the planets and their alignments concerning the person’s birth date, location, and time.

The twelve Rashi of the Vedic Astrology:

These established movements of the planets bring in the days, months, and year cycle giving birth to the twelve Vedic zodiac signs. These zodiac signs are followed in India; in terms of the zodiac, the word used in Indian Vedic Astrology is Rashi. So, the twelve Rashi in Vedic astrology is Mesha, Vrishabha, Mithuna, Karkataka, Shimha, Kanya, Thula, Vrishkha, Dhanus, Makara, Kumbha, and Meen

Learning the procedure is a must:

Vedic Astrology requires special studying of the planets, how it moves, how they form the angles, and how the perfect calculation is made. For that, the Vedic astrologer learns many rules, mathematical formulas, and combinations of procedures. It is a field of study in which the person has little expertise in astronomy. Not only that, the person has to be quite fluent in the lunar charts. The whole set of planets along with the stars has to be taken into consideration.

The reading of birth charts:

It is a complete practice of interpreting a particular horoscope as it involves learning a specific birth chart and evaluating these energetic formulas, which might catch on with the changes in the person’s life. The person has to read through the birth chart and get it right according to the positions of the planets all through their lives.

The whole set of analyses:

Vedic Astrology is a science because the person needs to understand the fundamental factors involved with the gas giants around us. Moreover, the whole calculation is based on accurate mathematical calculations which involve trigonometry and geometry. These calculations must be entirely based on the right set of planetary positions.

The different planetary positions:

The Vedic astrologers can test, repeat, and verify each of the calculations by keeping the human’s birth chart in front of them. It’s something like the planetary positions will be different during the person's twentieth birthday than that person's tenth birthday. So, calculating them correctly and making the correct predictions is all about astrological expertise.

Mixing science with art:

However, the practice of Vedic astrology is channeling the science into an art form; it’s more like going with the preparation of astrology beyond a superficial level. It is more about the interpretation of the horoscope and of a given birth chart that requires the astrologer to channel the person's subtle energies through the birth chart.

It’s logic and not psychics involved:

This perfect distinction of the planets affecting the person in the different portions of their life is bringing the practice of astrology into the earthly realm in the form of art. It’s not about looking into a crystal ball or getting into a trance state and making a prophecy or premonition.
