The new school year begins on 8th September, when the New York City Department of Education will no longer test students for COVID-19. Test kids will be sent home for students, parents, and teachers to use if they are exposed to the virus.

With the new COVID-19 protocols, students will no longer be required to submit a daily health screening form. No longer is a mask required, but students are strongly recommended when exposed.
