Sleeping with lights 

When you try sleeping with lights, it may increase the risk of Diabetes and heart diseases. Even though it is small, light could reduce your body’s resting time due to generated body sympathetic nervous. 

Start dimming the light before an hour

Whenever you sleep, try dimming the light of that particular room at least half an hour before. When you sleep with lights like Tv, laptops, and mobile phones, that are more harmful than all the other lights.

Change the room environment

If you can’t change the room environment, spread the black curtains in your room to change the setting.These nervous systems are activated during the waking hours, but it is activated during the night hours due to light.

 Sleeping on your left side 

Some researchers found that sleeping on your left side could harm your heart. Among 40 tested people, 22 people were healthy, and the remaining 18 were into heart disease, which is sleeping on their back and sides.

Significant changes

People sleeping on their left sides are having more cardio changes when compared to ordinary sleeping people. However, there is more research needed for identifying the sleep positions.

No conclusive evidence 

There is no conclusive evidence that sleeping on your left side can put you at increased risk.
