What exactly is the function of sleep? Sleep is a crucial function that allows your body and mind to replenish, feeling refreshed and alert when you wake up. A good night's sleep is also beneficial to the body's overall health and illness prevention. If you don't get enough sleep, your brain won't be able to work properly.
A restful night's sleep equals a productive day the next day. There are several sleep habits you can develop to assist you on your path to success. We'll talk about the habits that should be followed before going to bed and during the day.
Make your bed a “sleep only” zone
When I first started building my daily writing habit, I would often write in my bed. Why? Because there was no clear division between writing and sleeping. “Was my bed where I write or where I sleep?”
Try to make your bed a sleep-only location. If you like to work in bed, stop doing immediately. This strict separation will help reinforce the link your brain makes between your bed and sleep.

Without a doubt! While it's a common misconception that exercising before bed will keep you awake, the National Sleep Foundation discovered in 2013 that exercising anytime you can, even at night, improves your sleep. Walking has also been shown to alleviate stress and anxiety in studies.

Do we want to develop a sleeping schedule? Yes, we'd like to!! Setting a defined sleep pattern and sticking to it even on weekends and holidays is the first and best step toward healthier sleep.
Having trouble sticking to your schedule? If sticking to a relaxing bedtime routine is nearly difficult for you, consider setting the alarm to ensure you get to bed on time.

Having caffeine is good for health before bed?
You're probably aware that if you want to have a good night's sleep, you should avoid coffee late in the day, but did you know that alcohol can also disrupt your sleep? That nightcap could make you sleepy for the rest of the night. So drink that glass of wine early enough that it's out of your system by the time the lights are turned off.

Type of books that we can read at bedtime? You can read novels, poetry, something you wrote the night before. The goal here that give you more chances to connect with your inner self. Try to avoid reading gossip and magazines; they don't bring any good thoughts into your mind.
Maintain your dinner before closing to bedtime
What are the items that make you feel asleep? Many types of sugar before bed has been shown to reduce the quality of your sleep. Make sure that you have plenty of liquid during the day so that you are hydrated. You want to always have enough liquid during the day that you even wake up hydrated.
Set a dream intention
I concentrate my thoughts on a subject I'd like to dream about. I plant a seed for that concept to bloom into a dream and help me comprehend it better by setting an intention to dream about a specific topic.
