About Timothée Hal Chalamet

Timothée Hal Chalamet was born in Manhattan to realtor and dancer Nicole Flender and UNICEF author Marc Chalamet. His mother, who is from New York, is Jewish, descended from Russian Jews and Austrian Jews.

His father is of French and English ancestry and was born in Nîmes, France. He is the brother of Pauline Chalamet, the nephew of Rodman Flender, and the grandson of scriptwriter Harold Flender.

He was raised in an artistic family

He grew up in an artistic family, making an appearance in advertisements and on the New York cinema scene, and attending the LaGuardia High School of Music, Art, and Drama School, where his fellow student and buddy was actor Ansel Elgort (the two later received their first Golden Globe nominations in the same year, 2017).

In new Bones & All images

Timothée Chalamet is a fatal heartthrob. After collaborating on the rousing 2017 romance drama Call Me By Your Name, which managed to earn both the filmmaker and the actor Oscar nominations, Chalamet and Luca Guadagnino are reuniting for the tragic coming-of-age series based on Camille DeAngelis' novel of the same title.

The cast of Bones includes

Chalamet and Escape Room's Taylor Russell star as Lee and Maren in Bones & All, with Mark Rylance, Michael Stuhlbarg, André Holland, Jessica Harper, and Chlo Sevigny in bit parts. The film was shot in Ohio between May and July 2021, though manufacturing was briefly halted by the impact of a potential cybersecurity breach.

Described as a passionate

Bones & All is characterized as a passionate and forbidden love story among two desperate people, with Chalamet and Russell playing two antsy teen savages who have managed to learn to stay alive on their own after already being seemingly cast out of society.

The movie is set during Ronald Reagan's presidency

The film is set all through Ronald Reagan's presidential term and follows Maren and Lee on a laborious road trip through desolate alleyways, secret tunnels, and godowns. The protagonists are determined to escape their tragic pasts, but their disparate histories catch up with them, and this challenge puts their relationship to the ultimate test.

Sciences have released new Bones

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has now released new Bones & All images featuring Chalamet and Russell's young anthropologists. One image depicts the two main characters wanting to share an intimate act inside the back of a blue pick-up truck, presumably while resting from their journey.

In the photos

Chalamet can be seen wearing his signature pink highlights and ripped jeans from the Bones & All film. Russell's lead also appears starry-eyed and befuddled as she enters into a turbulent connection with Lee.

The chemistry here between young teens is palpable, and these images clearly foreshadow a much more intense inappropriate relationship that the film will explore.

In 2022

The intriguing new images do not truly capture the grotesque horrors that Bones & All will most likely depict, but they do heighten expectations for the upcoming film, which has been confirmed to premiere at the Venice Film Festival in September before hitting theatres on November 23, 2022.

In the past

Guadagnino and Chalamet's collaboration in the past has yielded amazing results, and it appears that their reunion for Bones & All will make them a strong contender during the upcoming awards season.

There hasn't been a teaser for the film yet, but with its festival premiere approaching, Bones & All will most likely release some footage in the upcoming weeks, previewing the cannibalism-infused YA drama heading fans' way.
