The Recap For July 12, 2019, In Bold and the Beautiful

A huge part of the original plot from Bold and the Beautiful is the way the show takes us from August 13 to September 22, the year of Thomas Forrester, who is awful because there is no redemption yet, but who is just about to weaponize his son in an attempt to manipulate Hope Logan. The good news was shared by Hope with Thomas at the main house. When Douglas heard that his "Mommy" and "Daddy" were getting married, he was thrilled. The wee one wasn't aware of Thomas' *ahem* problems. To keep his wife in line, Ridge Forrester laid down some ground rules. It's okay if the kids want to get married. It was time for her to step down. Katherine Kelly Lang did not listen as expected.

Her next move was to lay into Hope again as soon as she got her alone. When there is no love in a marriage, there is no marriage at all. In Brooke's opinion, she should know. It's not the first time she's been in one. When you need a cliff, where are you going to find one? As Brooke attempted to save her daughter, Thomas posed a terrifying scene in his son's room.  An image of a ghost was projected on the wall of the little boy's room. Douglas was terrified when he awoke. He hadn't met Casper before. The plan Thomas devised worked. It was a frightening moment for Douglas, and Hope ran to comfort him.

They must move up the wedding right then and there, she decided. There is a need for a mother for Douglas! That's what he got. It gets better! The marriage to Thomas was not even necessary for Hope. What a win-win situation! As tension grew within the design office due to Sally Spectra remembering her from here and not Y&R? A witness caught Wyatt Spencer making out with Flo Fulton. Sally had an agenda despite the women's attempts to play nice. Wyatt was adamant that she had time alone with him, so she sent Flo to the payroll department to deal with some paperwork.

Sally moved once the door closed. In a matter of months, she and Wyatt were hot and heavy and she knew all the buttons to push. As a result of their liplock, Wyatt proved he was not over his fiery ex. However, he is now. The least Flo can hope for is that. We have no way of knowing for sure since we don't see the two onscreen for a month. A new episode of The Bold and the Beautiful airs on CBS every weekday.
