"Love Is Blind" cohost Vanessa Lachey told Insider that her "mama bear instinct" came out while confronting Abhishek "Shake" Chatterjee when discussing the show's season two reunion. As Lachey spoke with Shake, she was discussing blatantly asking women about their weight and physical appearance when they were in the pod's stage of the experiment."Love Is Blind" puts male and female contestants in separate rooms and asks them to converse with each other while separated by a wall, thus determining if love can be found without knowing what the person looks like.

Women were asking Shake their clothes sizes and if he would have a hard time lifting them on himself while he was talking to them."Are you not going to love her anymore?" the mother of three asked Sake on the reunion show about a hypothetical partner."What if she gets dismantled in an accident, what if she gains weight, what if she loses her hair, her legs, and her arms?" Sake replied."Although I pray to God whether I will be dismantled or not, I know that this man is standing by my side, and I know he will because he loves me for what I am," she said, pointing to her husband and co-host Nick Lachey.

She said she had problems with him because he "sat there and berated every single one of these women" based on their physical characteristics. Shake's ex Deepti Vempati was a "beautiful soul" who had no intention of falling in love with him and just wanted to "fuck." "The experience of being a woman and minority in this business has given me a lot of strength," Lachey told Insider about Shake during our interview to promote Dairy Queen's Miracle Treat Day on July 28. She said whenever she sees someone getting "disrespected" as Shake did to several people in "Love Is Blind" and the reunion show.

"I just have this mama bear instinct. I want to stand up to say something." As I've mentioned before, I try to do it with grace and not be disrespectful, but at some point, you have to admit that you're only human, and sometimes your emotions come out. Hopefully, you understood what I meant by that," Lachey said.As a reality television personality who is polarizing, Lachey's message to him was powerful. Her role as Jane Tenant on CBS' hit spinoff "NCIS: Hawaii" makes her an impact in other genres, too. The Filipina-American actress also became the first woman to lead an "NCIS" show.

The Ultimatum," host told Insider that watching Brooklyn, 7, watching her work made her realize. The importance of the role. As Lachey shared, "the way she looked at me as her Wonder Woman and as someone who represented women, that hit me." As Lachey continued, "I learned this isn't just for my children.

This is for anyone feeling different." The way you live won't stop you from getting married, having a family, getting a job, and living wherever you want to live, said Lachey. The DQ Miracle Treat Day highlights how people can contribute to their communities. Every Blizzard purchase on July 28 will benefit Children's Miracle Network Hospitals."At the same time, you're giving health and hope to local children," Lachey said.
