The Khloe Kardashian family announces the birth of baby No. 2 with Tristan Thompson via social media

In the wake of Tristan Thompson's baby news, Khloe Kardashian breaks her silence taking advantage of her last days as a mother of one, Khloe Kardashian is enjoying every moment. 

She posted several pictures of her 4-year-old daughter True Thompson having a blast in the sun after taking a nearly weeklong social media hiatus. On July 19, she captioned a series of snaps, "Me and my best girl making the best memories," before clarifying that her children were always first in her mind.

As she continued, "I will always have your back, my angel girl."As True hangs on her back, Khloe poses in crystal blue waters wearing a camo print, one-piece swimsuit, and oversized sunglasses from her recent tropical birthday trip to Turks and Caicos.

Several hours before news broke that Khloe was expecting her second child with Tristian Thompson, Khloe posted a snapshot of her, True and 4-year-old niece Dream Kardashian on vacation.

In addition to True, Tristian has a five-year-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig and a seven-month-old son Theo with Maralee Nichol. As they prepare for the arrival of their new bundle of joy, a baby boy, the Kardashians star, and the NBA player are not together.

According to the insider, Khloe and Tristan aren't back together and haven't spoken since December. In December, Khloe and the public were informed Tristan had a baby with someone else via surrogate.

In an Instagram Story, Kim Kardashian said "life is too short to wake up with regrets," possibly referring to Khloe's pregnancy with baby no. 2. According to a Dr. Seuss quote she re-posted on July 17, "Love the people who treat you right, forgive the ones who don't, and believe that everything happens for a reason."
