'RHOBH' Diana Jenkins accused of 'stiff wages' in unearthed lawsuit, alleging, 'That's how we do it in Bosnia'

After Diana Jenkins' lawsuit against her former assistant, Hannibal Thomas, which he responded to with his claims about Diana's alleged hostile work environment, a new lawsuit has just emerged that is eerily similar to hers. Radar Online has obtained documents showing Diana was sued by three former employees who complained she stiffed them on wages and did not provide breaks. Griselda Santana, Jorge Ramirez, and Maricela Salazar filed lawsuits in 2018 for failing to pay overtime, failing to provide proper breaks, and failing to pay earned wages. From 2014 to 2017, Griselda worked as Diana's housekeeper until June 14, 2017. Her hourly wage was $25. The socialite terminated Maricela's employment in 2017 and well Diana refused to pay their dues, according to the trio.

In their lawsuit, Santana and Salazar claim they were required to work 8 or 9 consecutive workdays per extended workweek period. Furthermore, Diana failed to pay them overtime wages after working more than 40 hours in one week. Diana's chief supervisors said Griselda and Maricela could only take one-hour lunch break per day, not a "10-minute break" for rest.“Either Salazar or Santana was aggressively denied any time they attempted to take as a rest break, either before or after the lunch break,” the lawsuit said. Also, the women said they were harassed and yelled at, and they were searched whenever they were out of sight or not working enough. Diana allegedly responded bluntly, "This is how we do it in Bosnia," when Griselda and Maricela brought up the harsh treatment she received.

He worked as Diana's gardener from 2006 to 2014, according to the third defendant, Jorge Ramirez. Eventually, he left, but he returned to Diana's team from 2016 to 2017. Aside from Diana not providing proper rest breaks, Jorge also accused her of not paying her wages. There was a demand for $40K from Jorge, $50K from Griselda, and upwards of $12K from Maricela for unpaid wages and penalties. Diana's fans already hate her. Does the RHOBH star have any more skeletons in her closet as well as the lawsuits described above, Diana was also accused of calling the police on a Black security guard during a "dispute" in another lawsuitDiana said this week on RHOBH, "If you wanted a new villain, here I am." That sounds like a literal statement to me.
