Since the Wendy Williams Show's digital presence has ceased to exist, it lives only in the memories of its devoted fans and viewers. Search results for Wendy Williams Productions' and the show's official websites yield no results, so it appears that the series' official YouTube channel, which contained archived clips and interviews from the show, has been deleted. Currently, Wendywilliamsproductions.com and Wendyshow.com do not redirect to their original pages. While the former production company's website is listed under GoDaddy for auction, the talk show's website displays a DNS error.

There has been an unfortunate report surfacing just two weeks after The Wendy Williams Show aired its final episode after 13 years of airtime. After Wendy Williams' departure, Sherri Shepherd took over as host and a montage of highlights featuring Wendy Williams was aired. Shepherd will launch her own talk show this September in its place. William's show was also produced and distributed by Debmar-Mercury. The distribution team's co-presidents, Ira Bernstein and Mort Marcus spoke to Variety about their relationship with Williams. Apart from her health, she could have kept doing it as long as she wanted.

Marcus said, "She still has a loyal audience that turned it into a profitable show." While we waited for her, we protected the business. Eventually, we had to say, "We have a business to run and she's not here." The health issues that Williams had during the 2021-2022 season forced her to miss most of the season. Although she has spoken out about her Graves' disease diagnosis, it is unclear what the renowned radio personality has been facing. Her financial guardianship was confirmed in March, however. Though she is still open to making appearances on reality shows and other daytime talk shows, she is considering turning her show into a podcast.
