Musk wants to sue a journalist

Musk, currently believed to have a net worth of $219 billion, claimed he thought about suing the Journal over the story that connected him to Nicole Shanahan but eventually concluded it would be pointless.

To win a defamation lawsuit against a news organization as a "public person" is nearly impossible, Musk tweeted on Wednesday.

"They might claim that I am Satan and that their psychic is the "source"!"

Musk then joked that Brin's estranged wife would have a far better chance in court after vowing to tweet less once the Journal story went viral.

Musk wants Sergey to sue the Journalist

Musk wrote, "Nicole is not a public person, thus [she] may win."

I hope she takes them to court as false rumors are about his affair with Sergey's wife.

Michael Siconolfi, the Journal's investigative editor, was singled out by Musk for producing "so many phony hit pieces."

As a "public person," the standard to win a defamation lawsuit against a news organization is almost impossible. They could say I'm Satan and the "source" is their psychic!

Nicole is not a public person, so she could win. @michaelsiconolf has done so many fake hit pieces. I hope she sues them.

No one knows of Elon's and Brins' conversation

Brin "claims neither he nor anybody he knows has talked to WSJ," the Tesla CEO further stated on Wednesday after speaking with him.

The parent company of The Post, News Corp., owns The Journal.

Through her attorney, Shanahan and Musk both refuted the Journal report that said their relationship led to a "rupture" between the Tesla CEO and Brin.

Any claims that Nicole [Shanahan] had an affair with Elon Musk are false and defamatory. According to a statement sent to The Post by Bryan Freedman, the lawyer representing Shanahan is headquartered in Los Angeles.

According to the reports, the alleged affair also prompted the Google co-founder to start divorce procedures while Brin, 48, and Shanahan, 33, were still separated last November.

Seventh billionaire on the line

A photo of Musk and Brin, the seventh wealthiest man in the world with an estimated net worth of $107 billion, at a recent party was given by Musk to The Washington Post.

According to Musk, the photo was shot the day before the Journal's story was published.

The Journal's account that he begged Brin for forgiveness by getting on his knees is untrue, as stated in his statement.

He also denied rumors of a relationship by tweeting that he hasn't "had sex in ages."

Musk has denied the allegations, but the Journal says they are accurate.

Regarding Musk's denials, the Journal said, "We are confident in our sourcing, and we stand by our story." The Journalist claims Sergey's wife and Musk are having an affair.

Musk vented anguishedly on false claims

Musk vented on Twitter on Tuesday about the media and the coverage his supposed exploits have been getting. He even requested Sergey's wife to sue the Journalist.

"The amount of attention on me has gone supernova, which stinks." Unfortunately, clicks on even unimportant pieces about me are high:(. Elon wrote this and requested Sergey to sue the False claims of the Journalist.

Musk continued, "I'll do my best to head down, focused on doing valuable things for society.

In recent months, Musk has been involved in a lot of turmoil that has played out in the open. He, however, wants Nicole to sue the Journalist.

Twitter is suing him because he pulled out of a deal to pay $44 billion to acquire the San Francisco-based social media business. In Delaware Chancery Court, a five-day trial starts in October.
