Christmas morning began quite early for Kate Middleton as she joked

In the royal family and most parents, Christmas starts very early in the morning. A video posted to Twitter by Kate Middleton after Sunday's Christmas church service revealed she had already spent hours preparing for the holiday.

The well-wisher asked the young girl about her morning after accepting a bouquet from her. As another onlooker inquired about her children's presents, the 40-year-old joked, "I've had a lovely morning." The mother of three replied, "They got lots of nice things." In addition to the holiday watercolor painting by Duke and Duchess of Sussex's oldest son George, Middleton did not reveal the gifts under the tree this year.

The Christmas outfits

In a monochromatic moment, Middleton's outfit is revealed by a third person as she leaves the holiday party. Including a green ribbed Mango dress, an old coat dress by Alexander McQueen, and a chic green feathered hat with a feather, Middleton got into the Christmas spirit in various shades of green.

Leather gloves, suede boots, a matching clutch, and a matching clutch bag completed the look. A blue suit, white dress shirt, and blue tie coordinated Prince George's and Prince William's outfits. Also wearing Trotters coats, Prince Louis, 4, wore the navy version while Princess Charlotte, 7, wore the burgundy version.

Royal family’s Christmas Church service

As usual, the youngest royal stole the show despite the entire royal family attending the walkabout outside St. Mary Magdalene Church, including King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla.

Louis, a pre-schooler, yelled for his older sister as he hurried past a crowd searching for his family after he thought they had left him behind. He tugged on his mother's arm to move things along once he realized they were moving on another group of onlookers. Prince George and Princess Charlotte attended the annual Christmas church service for the first time.
