There's no stopping Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck now that they've made it down the aisle. Las Vegas, Nevada's A Little White Wedding Chapel hosted the twice-engaged couple's wedding late Saturday night. She confirmed via her On the JLo fan newsletter that they had indeed wed and shared photos, videos, and details of the event. In her letter, Lopez wrote, "Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And love turns out to be patient. Twenty years patient."
Lopez said they had flown to Vegas last night, and stood in line for licenses with four other couples, all making the same journey to Las Vegas. In the distance, two men held hands behind us. We watched a young couple drive three hours from Victorville to celebrate their daughter's second birthday with the same goal — to be recognized as partners by the world and to declare our love for each other through the ancient symbol of marriage."
The couple barely made it to the chapel before midnight, but they "graciously" stayed open until the wedding, allowing the couple to take pictures in the pink Cadillac convertible, evidently owned by the king himself (but if we wanted Elvis himself to show, we had to pay extra and he was in bed)."Though there was no extravagant ceremony like fans may have expected from Bennifer, Lopez called it "the best wedding we could have imagined."
To dress for the ceremony, Lopez and Affleck used "a dress from a 1980s movie and a jacket from Ben's closet." They also exchanged rings and read their vows "in the little chapel." Lopez wrote: "The only thing that matters in marriage is love, care, understanding, patience, loving, and good behavior toward each other. And that's what we had. The best night of our lives."

Affleck, 49, and Lopez, 52, received a license in Clark County, Nevada, on Saturday, according to court documents posted Sunday by The Associated Press. Lopez is taking the name, Jennifer Affleck. As Lopez concluded in her newsletter Sunday, "All you need is love," and she is grateful for that abundance, a new family of five amazing children, and a life that we have never looked forward to more. "There is nothing better than love - and you are well rewarded for waiting for."
As a final phrase, Jennifer Lynn Affleck used the phrase "with love." She used the phrase "with love." She used the phrase "with love." She used the phrase "with love." Jennifer Lynn Affleck said the phrase "with love." She used the phrase "with love."." Her On the JLo fan newsletter was updated with a video in which Lopez revealed her engagement to Affleck.
During the video shoot, Lopez admired the ring and whispered, "You're perfect." Affleck proposed with a green diamond ring that was different from the pink diamond he proposed with nearly 20 years ago – with two smaller diamonds on each side. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been engaged! See her 'lucky color' green shine in the ring! The following week, Lopez explained Affleck's "bubble bath proposal" in another issue of her newsletter.
The beautiful love proposed on one knee on Saturday night in the bubble bath, Lopez wrote at the time. The thought of having to go through this all over again after 20 years caught me off guard, and I smiled and cried at the same time as I stared into his eyes. According to her, she was "quite speechless" when he asked, “Do you think that’s a yes?” I replied, “Yes, of course." The 'bubble bath' proposal from Ben Affleck leaves Jennifer Lopez speechless.

Affleck and Lopez have been spotted together multiple times since splitting from former baseball star Alex Rodriguez in April 2021, sparking reconciliation rumors. During her 52nd birthday celebration last July, Lopez posted an Instagram photo of her kissing Affleck and wrote, "52 ... what does it do?"It was on the set of the romantic comedy "Gigli" in 2002 that Lopez and Affleck first met, while Lopez was still married to her second husband, dancer Cris Judd. The movie bombed at the box office, but sparks were flying between Lopez and Affleck. After Lopez's divorce from Judd, the couple announced their relationship.
During her meeting with Affleck, the "Hustlers" star told People, "I felt like... okay, this is it."In the early aughts, "Bennifer" made a big impact on pop culture. After getting engaged in November 2002, the Hollywood power couple didn't end happily ever after. Lopez and Affleck ended their engagement in 2004, blaming all the media attention for their dissolution. The actor suggested that Lopez and Affleck were too public with their high-profile relationship in 2008."We made a mistake by falling in love too soon, getting excited, and becoming too accessible," he added. "I don't think we anticipated how much it would take on a life of its own."
