In an Instagram post, Big Bang Theory star Amy Poehler revealed that the couple's first child, Matilda Carmine Richi Pelphrey, had been born. Having this little miracle in our lives brings us great joy and gratitude! She shared photos showing her and Pelphrey taking turns cuddling the newborn. Doctors, nurses, friends, and family have been extremely valuable to us in the past few days. They were essential to our success. Thank you so much for all your help." In an email to reporters, Cuoco said, "I never thought I could fall in love with @tommypelphrey even more."
