Despite the fact that Elon Musk isn't one to take long vacations when he does, he makes sure to do it in style. Tesla and SpaceX's CEO, Elon Musk, was seen Sunday at a luxury yacht in Mykonos, Greece, where he's currently embroiled in a fight over the future of the social media company Twitter.
With a group of friends including Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel and Sarah Staudinger, his wife who is also a fafashion designerMusk spent the entire day at the beach swimming, sunning himself, drinking cocktails, and even getting hosed down by Emanuel.
Musk tweeted after the photos went viral on Tuesday, "Haha damn, maybe I should take off my shirt more often," Musk remarked, adding that he had already returned to the factory, adding that he had had a good night's sleep. It is well-known that Musk owns a $75 million private jet, but he has not yet splashed out on his own yacht unlike his former space rival Jeff Bezos, who owns a $50 million yacht.
Rather than chartering a boat, the group chartered Zeus from SamBoat, a European online boat rental firm that operates in Greece, Croatia, and Spain, with plans to expand to the United States in the near future.
