Although, in Keeping Up with The Kardashians Season 1, Kris Jenner found Scott Disick cheating on Kourtney Kardashian; Kourtney confirmed to her mother that they were never exclusive.

However, fans of the Kardashian show have always been more concerned about Scott Disick due to his terrible addiction problems. Nevertheless, Kourtney Kardashian has three children with Scott Disick and was in a long-term relationship with him.

However, the death of Scott Disick’s mom in 2013 was also one reason behind Scott Disick needing extra help.
