Khloe Kardashian Drops Memorable Pic Of True Thompson After Welcoming Second Baby Via Surrogate

After welcoming a baby boy with ex Tristan Thompson, 31, Khloe Kardashian, 38, paid tribute to their four-year-old daughter, True Thompson, on Instagram.

On August 7, Khloe Kardashian dropped a fun snap of her daughter True Thompson, who had an adorable cat-themed 4th birthday party back in April, smiling in front of a large kitten figure made of purple flowers.

"My happy sweet girl," she captioned the adorable pic.

It is unclear when the image of True Thompson was taken; however, it was posted just two days after Khloe's representative confirmed that she had welcomed a baby boy with an ex-Tristian via surrogate.

Earlier this month, Khloe's representative confirmed that True's sibling "was conceived in November," adding that the Good American founder "is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing."

However, the arrival of their son doesn't mean the exes are on again.

An insider said last month, "Khloe and Tristan are not back together," adding that the exes "have not spoken outside of co-parenting matters."

The NBA star is also dad to 5-year-old Prince with ex Jordan Craig and 8-month-old son Theo with Maralee Nichols.

Khloe and Tristian have long been vocal about their wish to make True a big sister, despite their on-again-off-again relationship.

On a 2020 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the duo was filmed making baby plans, even though they were separated at the time.

Khloe told Tristan, "I might get some embryos and get a sibling," adding, "I might need to borrow some sperm or get some from you, but we'll figure that out later."
