Sr. Ford joined the Senate Budget Committee as a staff assistant after earning a degree in American history from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ford supports altering drug laws, expanding access to healthcare, and researching embryonic stem cells. Since 2008, he has been married to Emily Threlkeld.
