Almost two decades after 'This is Me', Jennifer Lopez announces her first album in eight years

In the wake of Jennifer Lopez's Instagram page going dark, fans speculated about her relationship with her new hubby Ben Affleck, even though she had reaffirmed their love just days before. A new album is in the works, and it is scheduled to be released in 2023. The star just announced this week it is the 20th anniversary of this album. After deleting everything from her Instagram account, J-Lo has relaunched it with a video of herself 20 years ago, which her followers morph into a video of herself now. It is real that I lost hope at times and nearly gave up. I want to put out that message. "We captured me at this moment in time," she said.

Jennifer Lopez's New album

It is believed the music reflects her own failed relationships and tough childhood. In a news release, she claimed the record chronicles her "emotional, spiritual, and psychological journey over the past two decades." Unlike anything she has previously produced, this is an emotionally raw and honest project in which she writes and sings about her life and experiences.
