ABC News' The Con returns with Whoopi Goldberg as its narrator

Other ABC News programs will feature Whoopi Goldberg's talents. He will return as the narrator of season 2 of the true-crime series The Con, according to a new press release. Viewers will be taken behind the scenes of outrageous stories about con artists' deception and fraud, the aftermath of these crimes, and the hopes of victims for retribution.

Every week, Laci Mosley, the host of the podcast Scam Goddess, will appear on the show to share her knowledge. Season 2 begins with the story of a pastor and financial advisor who disappears after losing investors' money. Price himself and his victims are interviewed in The Con to tell the story of the surprising way in which Price was found.

David Sloan is The Con's chief executive officer, while Carrie Cook works for ABC News as its chief executive officer. Along with executive producer/showrunner John Henshaw, Eli Holzman and Aaron Saidman serving as executive producers for the Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC), part of Sony Pictures Television.
