Tom Brady or Thomas Edward Patrick Brady, Jr., is an American gridiron football quarterback who led his teams to seven Super Bowl victories. He has won five MVP awards and is married to Gisele Bündchen, one of the most famous supermodels and the world's top-earning supermodel for the past ten years.

It is a no-brainer that Tom Brady is the best quarterback ever in the history of the National Football League. But despite his popularity, there are still a few things that his casual fans are yet to discover about him.

Brady doesn’t train like most other football players!

He avoids traditional weight training and instead opts for resistance bands to enhance his flexibility.

Brady often practices brain exercises that's meant for people with issues like memory loss or cognitive damage. He does so to improve his cognitive function.

He hates losing and is insanely competitive!

His teammates bear testimony to that. Once, he even gave his team a pep talk before a charity football game against a group of firefighters. His competitive mentality is also reflected in his high school yearbook, where he wrote, "You have to learn to play in the tall grass if you want to play with the big boys."
