Kevin Feige unfolds secrets about The MCU’s Next Big ‘Saga’ sarcastically

The first three Phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are known as the Infinity Saga, with Thanos and his quest for the Infinity Stones serving as the main connecting threads between Marvel films ranging from Iron Man to Spider-Man: Far from Home. The MCU’s Phase Four began last year with offerings such as Wanda-Vision and Black Widow, and while there are various ties between some of these movies and shows, it’s still difficult to predict where this superhero franchise’s next big saga will take us. Fortunately, “Kevin Feige the president of Marvel Studios” has revealed that we won’t have to wait long to find out more about what’s coming on this front.

Phase Four cycle

Among Disney+ subscribers watching Ms. Marvel and Thor: Love and Thunder’s theatrical debuts in a few weeks, the Phase Four cycle is winding down, though it’s unclear when Phase Five will begin. In an interview with Total Film, Kevin Feige stated that the end of Phase Four would make it clear to audiences what kind of new picture is being woven into the overall MCU tapestry.

Connective threads of Phase Four

There are plenty of connective threads to pull on that were established in Phase Four. The most notable of these is, without a doubt, the MCU’s multiverse, which Loki paved the way for and was expanded upon in Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. On a similar note, Loki debuted Jonathan Majors’ He Who Remains, a Kang the Conqueror variant. We’ll meet the main Kang in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania next February.

Mystery of Shang Chi’s ten rings

We also have the mystery surrounding the Ten Rings Shang-father Chi’s bequeathed to him before dying, Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ Valentina Allegra de Fontaine assembling her team of unique individuals (which will most likely be realized in the Thunderbolts film), and even more “gods” being introduced in the MCU thanks to Moon Knight and Thor: Love and Thunder.
