“Bachelorette’s” lead actresses, Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia, set sail on a literal journey to discover a love for the first time this season.  A teaser of Windey and Recchia's love story was shown at the end of the Season 19 premiere Monday night, including where the show will be filmed.

Up until about Episode Four, most “Bachelor” contestants bunk at the famous mansion in Agoura Hills, Calif. In Episode Five, Jesse Palmer, the host, announces to the contestants their first international trip.

Each contestant flies to the location separately from the lead. It was decided that the series would shake things up this season and have everyone travel together across the country instead of separately.

There's an opening shot of some guys on the cruise ship screaming, “Gabby and Rachel! ” While standing on different parts of the ship, Windey and Recchia shouted into the sea, “We’re The Bachelorettes! ”

In Episode Four, the cast boarded a cruise ship to reach various cities across Europe, and both clips seem to confirm that. A Virgin Voyages' ship, the Valiant Lady, was used in the filming of the season.

'The Bachelorette' was reported to have changed its travel format in March when Reality Steve, who has posted spoilers on his website for over a decade, revealed Virgin Cruise Lines canceled three destinations in April.

As Reality Steve, real name Steve Carbone, noted, filming for Season 19 coincided with the cancellations. Although traveling across the world on a luxury ship sounds fun, it appears to have been more challenging than producers had anticipated.

During an episode of his podcast 'The Viall Files,' former 'Bachelor' Nick Viall shared his knowledge of maritime travel plans. According to the 41-year-old host, season 19 of 'The Bachelorette' was 'hell to film because there were two Bachelorettes at the last minute.'

“The schedule was set up for one Bachelorette,” he explained. There was no room for everything.'  The cruise ship format will not be used again, Viall added. He explained that it was due to logistics. The challenge was probably a cruise ship.'

Windey and Recchia didn't seem to notice that filming might have been difficult behind-the-scenes, based on the trailer. There is laughter throughout the clip as the women go on dates throughout Paris, Amsterdam, and beyond.

The two of us are getting engaged! As the women dance and link arms in front of the Eiffel Tower, they sing this song. A photo of Recchia posing near the Eiffel Tower was posted to her Instagram account after the Paris-set episode aired.

However, there will be plenty of drama as well. There was uncertainty about how a two-lead process would work, as 'The Bachelorette' emphasized multiple times during the premiere.

There was a standout moment in the teaser when multiple men rejected Recchia's rose in favor of Windey and expressed their interest in her. In a voiceover, Windey said, 'this love journey is messy.'. 'Hopefully it will be worth it for both of us.'
