Freeze Turkey in a freezer at 0˚F or below. Keep it where you can monitor Turkey.
Refrigerator.- Keep the turkey in wrapping paper and then in the freezer.
Cold water- keep the turkey in cold water back to thaw it. You can use a leakage-proof bag and cook it immediately after 30mins.
Handle Turkey well. It should not mix with anything else. It can attract germs.
Wash your hands before you touch Turkey. Use different utensils for cooking stuffing of Turkey and Turkey separately.
Use a casserole dish for cooking the stuffing. You can use a cooking thermometer if the stuffing is cooked well inside.
Check if Turkey is cooked properly inside using the thermometer on the breast and thighs to avoid th3 bones.
The stuffing inside should reach the temperature, and let Turkey stand for 20 minutes before you start enjoying it.
Cut large pieces and roast Turkey to make it cool down. You can also keep it back in the refrigerator after it is cool.
