A knee injury and a greater loss

Ian Rapoport said Murray suffered a serious knee injury and the other tests and MRI are pending. The Cardinals lost 27-13 to the New England Patriots. The head coach Kliff Kingsbury says it doesn't look good.

Murray's tussle

Murray muddled and went down following a 3-yard run on the third-round tussle. Initially, Murray's entry into the game was questionable, but the scene was clear, and he was ruled out.

Replaced By Colt McCoy

Other teammates surrounded Murray. He was crying, and his head was covered with a towel. Colt McCoy replaced Murray.

Fourth Season

Murray is a two-time pro bowler in his fourth season. He missed two games earlier because of his hamstring injury and suffered an Ankle ailment earlier.

Finished the games

Murray finished the games both times he was injured in the missing time. But on Monday, the picture was more tragic and doubtful.

Head coach of the Patriots, Bell Belichick, said

A player like Murray getting hurt is tough. He wished Murray to be fine and get on the field soon.

Murray number 1

Murray was 25 years old and was the number 1 player in the 2019 extension. He completed 258 passes of 389 for 2539 yards.

Losing the starter

Kingsbury said it's tough for any time. But losing the starter on the third play of the game. It's tough.
