Kelly Clarkson,s ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, filed official documents demanding that Kelley disable the security cameras on their Montana ranch, where he has been staying. 

Clarkson, 40, was forced to turn off 13 cameras throughout the ranch according to documents obtained by The Blast. There was no clear reason given for their deactivation in the documents. 

Kelly Blackstock must turn off all webcams , trail cams, and any other security cameras at (the address), which now number approximately 13 in total,, the documents stated.

In the documents, Clarkson, who legally changed her name to Kelly Brianne in March, is said to have to show proof that the cameras have been disabled to Blackstock,s attorney. It says specifically, ,Describe how this was done.,.

A  court has finalized kelly clarkson,s name change to kelly Brianne. It was reported that the singer,s request to remove the cameras is primarily based on privacy concerns, as he can view videos and images of who enters the property. 

The Montana ranch was awarded to Clarkson in their divorce settlement, but Blackstock is allowed to live there through June 1 and pay $12,500 per month in rent. 

Clarkson agreed to pay Blackstock spousal support of $115,000 per month until Jan. 31, 2024, but those payments would end if Blackstock remarried before that date or if either party died prior to that date.

As well as paying child support to her ex, the talk show host will also have to pay her ex $45,601 per month. Child support and spousal support payments were to begin on Feb. 1, 2022.

Their two children are River, 7 and Remington, 5. River and Remington both live in Los Angeles. Clarkson was reportedly awarded primary custody, and Blackstock is able to see his children one weekend every month. 

In June 2020, the talk show host filed for divorce, citing ,irreconcilable differences, after roughly seven years of marriage.

Clarkson and Blackstock tied the knot on Oct. 20, 2013, after meeting at an Academy of Country Music Awards rehearsal in 2006. Rascal Flatts and the star sang a duet of ,What Hurts the Most.,. The group,s manager was Blackstock at the time.
