The much-anticipated documentary series is finally here after months of rumors that the pair will appear in a tell-all series, 'Harry & Meghan' was finally made public on Thursday on Netflix.
Soon after the couple completed their final royal obligations in March 2020, Harry made the following statement in a video diary shown in the first episode: 'It's really hard to look back on it now and go, what on earth happened? Like, how did we end up here?' Harry said, 'genuinely concerned for the safety of my family.'
The ongoing hostilities between Prince Harry and his father, King Charles, and brother, Prince William, Buckingham Palace will probably be prepared for the consequences of the series.
Harry told the British media within minutes of the show. 'No one knows that full truth. We know the full truth, the institution knows the full truth, and the media knows the full truth because they've been in on it.'
Additionally, Harry compared Meghan to his mother, Princess Diana, who passed away in a vehicle accident in 1997 while being pursued by reporters. He said his mother and Meghan are quite similar in so many ways. He noted in the pilot episode that she possesses the same assurance and kindness.
The first three episodes were made available on Thursday, and three more would be published the following week. According to the series, interviews were finished in August, before the Queen passed away.
