According to the actress's final autopsy and toxicology report, Anne Heche had cocaine in her system at the time of the car crash.
In Anne Heche's blood sample, cocaine was detected after she crashed her car into a home, causing a massive fire and trapping her for 45 minutes in her vehicle.
The toxicology states, Fentanyl was detected in Anne's urine as she was getting treatment for pain in the hospital.
In Anne's system, there was no alcohol. Anne appeared to have a bottle up front in her Mini Cooper before the crash.
On August 5, Anne was observed driving erratically through neighbourhood streets before slamming into a home.
Anne appeared responsive as paramedics loaded her into an ambulance as she quickly went into a coma, and she did not survive.
On August 11, Anne was declared brain dead, with the coroner listed as the day she died on her death certificate.
