Michelle Obama attended a matinee show of the Broadway show A Strange Loop with some of her girl pals and looked as happy as possible. In addition to her casual outfit, she wore several necklaces and hoop earrings as her long hair was down, and she held a black clutch purse. At one point, she also wore a black face mask and a black ensemble, adding sunglasses to her look.
As per reports, Michelle Obama, the beauty, was surrounded by Secret Service and escorted to all her destinations by NYPD police officers. Her friends could also be seen as they were attired to seek attention.
The show, A Strange Loop, is about a black gay man attempting to write music about a black gay man, who is also one of the frontrunners eligible for an award in the category such as Best New Musical at Sunday night's Tony Awards.
Before Michelle Obama took off to NYC, she announced a shout-out to her youngest daughter Sasha Obama on her 21st birthday. The loving mom also shared an adorable image of her and the birthday girl when Sasha Obama was a baby and pinned a lovable caption: 'My baby girl has grown into a beautiful, independent, compassionate, competent young woman.'
Like Michelle Obama, her husband, Barack Obama, shared big lovely day wishes for his daughter, Sasha Obama, as follows: 'Happy birthday, Sasha! I have loved watching you grow into the intelligent, beautiful, and caring young woman you are now.'
