The ‘Wells Fargo Executive fired, accused of urinating on a woman during a mid-flight to India. Shankar Mishra was on an Air India flight to India from New York City when he charged urinated on another passenger on 26th November.

Mishra got drunk when he was on the flight. The woman filed the complaint and found that he urinated on her and was standing there till the person next to the woman tapped him and told him to return to the seat.

The woman said Air India workers were ‘too unprofessional’ and were not proactive in maintaining the traumatic and sensitive situation. One of the flight crew told the woman that pilot vetoed her a seat in first class.

Air India said it has a ‘very serious view of the happening’ wherein the passenger performed in an undignified and unacceptable manner on the flight of New York-Delhi. It caused severe distress to other passengers. A police complaint has already been filed, and Air India has committed to assisting the regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies.

It stated that Air India has banned the passengers for around 30 days and reported the whole matter to the DGCA for taking corrective measures. Air India addressed the deficiencies in this matter to quickly resolve the situation. They are in regular contact with the reporting process.

Shyam Mishra said, ‘this is a false claim. My son traveled from the US and hadn’t slept for 72 hours. He might take a drink on the flight and then sleep. What happened after that, my son doesn’t know. It is hard to prove it. I don’t believe he did this. The woman is 72 years old and is like his mother.
