There are other ABC News programs that Whoopi Goldberg will be contributing to with her talents.
In a new press release, it was announced that the EGOT winner will return to narrate Season 2 of the true-crime series The Con.
During the series, Goldberg will take viewers behind the scenes of outrageous stories of con artists' deception and fraudulent activities, the fallout from these crimes, and victims' hopes for justice that emerge from these crimes.
She will share her expertise on a weekly basis via the podcast Scam Goddess with Laci Mosley.
Aubrey Lee Price, a pastor and financial advisor who went missing after he lost investors' money, is the protagonist of the first episode of Season 2, which tells the story of his disappearance from the show.
The Con also tells the story of how Price was found surprisingly and also features interviews with Price's victims as well as an interview with Price himself.
David Sloan is the senior EP for The Con, while Carrie Cook is the EP for ABC News. Along with executive producers, Aaron Saidman and Eli Holzman,
they also serve as executive producers on behalf of Sony Pictures Television as part of the Intellectual Property Corporation and executive producer/showrunner John Henshaw on behalf of Sony Pictures Television.
