The Joe Rogan Experience, a hugely successful podcast, is hosted by UFC color commentator Joe Rogan.
YouTube was the original home of Rogan's podcast. The colour commentator did, however, later strike a licencing agreement with Spotify.
Rogan had a nice time, although because to some of his comments, he did get into a few controversies.
Because of this, there was constant online pressure on Spotify to void Rogan's contract.
But Spotify supported the seasoned colour commentator.
Rogan recently spoke with fellow stand-up comedian Paul Virzi in episode #1843 of The Joe Rogan Experience. The 54-year-old gave Spotify credit for supporting him during the episode.
'Individuals love to pile on people and they love to attempt to get people fired,' the colour commentator stated.

The financial details of the agreement weren't disclosed, but according to The Wall Street Journal, Rogan would receive more than $100 million.
Rogan reportedly received $200 million for a three-and-a-half-year contract, it was later reported.
Joe Rogan's podcast has seen increased popularity after it switched to Spotify. The podcast continues to feature a number of well-known guests and enjoys popularity all over the world.
