Austin Butler was rushed to the hospital after finished filming Elvis.
Austin Butler is doing good, and he had some health issues after he finished filming Elvis in March 2021.
Austin Butler, his interview with GQ Hype, said after the shooting of Elvis got over the very next day, he woke up at four in the morning with excruciating pain and was rushed to the hospital. He said; his body “started shutting down” the day after he finished Elvis.
He was diagnosed with a virus that affected appendicitis and was bedridden for a week.
Butler is fully committed to the upcoming biopic portraying Elvis Presley for Baz Luhrmann.
Butler submitted a video of himself singing ,Unchained Melody, in a bathrobe which impressed the director,s commitment to the character.
He even met the singer,s former wife, Priscilla, to relate to him personally.
He told that Presley’s mother passed away when he was 23, and his mother also passed away when he was 23; on learning this, he got chills, and he just thought he could connect and take the role.
Filming was planned for March 2020. As Tom Hanks, who plays Presley,s manager Colonel Tom Parker, tested positive for Covid-19 so, was pushed back for another six months.
Once the movie was packed, he struggled to get out of Presley,s character. Elvis is all set to hit theaters on June 24.
