World first eco-restorative homes!

Ocean Builders, a Panama-based company, specializing in innovative marine technology, has just unveiled revolutionary pods where floating homes, luxury living, and smart home technology are all together. The range of pods of the eco-restorative homes was around $295,000 to $1.5 million in price, which is under construction in the Linton Bay Marina on the north coast of Panama. Three models are available, including the flagship model, the SeaPod, built for aquatic living; the GreenPod, devised for land use; and the EcoPod, an ecologically and economically friendly option. It was designed by Dutch architect Koen Olthuis and his team at Waterstudio.

Structure on Luxuries of modern living!

A home that floats on the water gives you an experience of living on land, designed by Rudiger Koch, Head of Engineering at Ocean Builders. The structure of the Seaford provides 833 square feet of living space, including a master bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen spread across three and a half levels. With a room of two people, over 1688 cubic feet of air-filled steel tubes float 7.5 over the waves and 575 square feet of panoramic windows and 360-degree ocean views.

Futuristic homes!

Apple's technology company has built a home so that your phone and home become your assistant. Technology had developed in Seaford, where smear rings worn by residents enable them to unlock doors and switch their music with the wave of a hand. Something magical is present in the SeaPod as you get up in the morning, walk downstairs and jump on a paddleboard.

Drones for delivery!

People who are most likely to go on an adventure can choose this place and get an experience. They had a customized aerial delivery drone used daily for buying groceries, foods, and medicines, even for smaller items. Some large deliveries are also available as ocean recycling vessels, collecting garbage and debris to keep the surroundings clean. It's a dream place to enjoy for most people, so plan a two-week vacation on this SeaPod to relax, regenerate and restore yourself.

Eco-Restorative homes!

Visitors can be transported to and from the SeaPod through dinghy boats, jet skis, and local water taxis on their boats. There is a storage area measuring 1250 square feet inside. The pods devised a focus on sustainability to benefit the surroundings and provide a natural habitat for ocean life to occupy and thrive. In late September, the first completed pods are to be revealed online, where potential buyers can view them.

Massive enterprise!

Experience something new with enormous enterprises in the SeaPods. A number of new floating home concepts will launch within the next few years. Kleindienst Group had a development on the Floating Seahorse with 131 floating villas that are part of a $ 5 billion mega-resort. By the tip f 2023, the world's artificial archipelago off the coast of Dubai snaps up 100 Ocean Builders pods that can transfer for production and an additional 1000 pods by 2024.
